Quickbook experience Required
RESPONSABILITIES:
- Reconcile, investigate and adjust accordingly for any cash/credit card discrepancies
- Daily Enter all Transactions
- Investigate, dispute/process any credit card chargebacks
- Prepare gratuity distribution
- Float counts on weekly basis
- Manage and order change for all departments in hotel
- Handle and manage accounting float and petty cash
- Cross training on some other accounting activity
- Assist other accounting staff to prepare month end and internal audit
- Assist in office clerical duties as per required
- Other duties as assigned.
PREREQUISITES
University or college degree/diploma in Accounting is required.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in Accouting Office setting.
Understanding and following oral and written instructions and directions.
Prioritizing and organizing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to handle challenging situations in a professional manner.
Ability to multi task and priorities workload.
Strong organizational & time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Detailed oriented.
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Ability to communicate effectively with the public.
