Responsibilities:

Maintain the Customer Pick/Up Tracker in AS400.
Perform all Syspro duties as required from Sunrise. (Evening).
Maintain returnable container log in AS400: 1) input tub returns daily; 2) reconcile balances for customers, adjusting balance where required when instructed by the Credit and Collections Administrator; 3) fax copy of ICD return slip as requested by Sales; 4) file tub returns. (Evening).
Maintain and send Fresh-Co tracker weekly. (Evening).

e:
sizing line activity, sizing line activity by drop #, salvaged birds, etc. (Morning).

Review packing inventory sheets daily and reconcile any discrepancies between what was manually documented and what was scanned into the system; this has to be done in the morning to ensure accuracy. (Morning)
Maintain and set up new Customer Specs in AS400 system, approved by QA Manager, as instructed by Sales Office or Plant Manager. (Morning).
Perform the receiving function of some allied products and review all those performed by shipping ensuring that all documentation and procedures have been followed. Print receiving journal and submit copy to marketing department. Submit receivings to Accounts Payables for further processing. (Evening).
Prepare frozen inventory report for Sales Manager, Shipping Supervisor and Plant Manager, highlighting any serial numbers or pallet numbers that are over 15 weeks at the Plant or any of our storage locations. (Morning)
Retail Store reporting for the Supervisor of Business Solutions (Evening).
Daily reporting on fresh inventory for the Shipping Supervisor (Morning).
Review fresh inventory cycle count reports from shipping and work with shipping in determining reasons for discrepancies. (i.e. losses and/or gains or lost/relabels). Document notes in the AS400 system.
Reconcile on a weekly basis inventories located at all locations other than the Plant. Monitor daily transfers for outside storage facilities advising the Shipping Supervisor of any discrepancies.
Review CloudHawk program daily to verify all GPS units are working for our fleet. Run reports as requested by Supervisor of Business Solutions and Shipping Manager.
Prepare the various documents required by plant and shipping personnel list of unconfirmed orders, etc.
Act as back up for Inventory Control Coordinator when away for certain duties.
Perform other duties as requested by the Supervisor of Business Solutions and/or Inventory Control Coordinator.

Requirements:

Grade 12 education or equivalent.
23 years experience in a customer service role.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working with a computerized inventory system is an asset.

This position has two different shift times which will be alternated with another individual every other week. Hours to this office position would be 6:30am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 10:30pm.
