Position Overview


An HRIS (Human Resources Information System) analyst is essential in HR for optimizing and managing HRIS platforms, ensuring efficient data flow, and improving overall processes.

They collaborate with HR professionals to identify system requirements, implement solutions, and enhance decision-making.

With a focus on technology, the HRIS analyst safeguards data accuracy, enabling the HR team to adapt to organizational needs and maximize workforce potential.

Their role is pivotal in streamlining operations and enhancing the functionality of HR systems.

  • Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring accurate and upto[1]date employee records.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRISrelated issues in collaboration with vendor support.
  • Analyze and address issues, actively working to improve and optimize the current system.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support data driven decision making.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance HRIS functionality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different departments to implement system upgrades and new features.
  • Provide support on HRIS related inquiries.
  • Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Collaborate with the legal compliance teams to implement and enforce HRIS security measures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HRIS processes and procedures.

Required Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and reporting tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Strongly Preferred: 1 + Years of experience working with UKG[1]Ultimate Kronos Group
