Responsibilities:
- Prepare and check documents, policy review and processing paperwork
- Input data to various company portals and issue certificates of insurance
- Collect information from the clients as needed
- Answering incoming calls and directing callers to the proper individuals
- Taking care of the mail and couriers coming in and going out
- Prepare and check documents, policy review and processing paperwork
- Some cold calling to businesses prospecting for new business
- Ability to multi task
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Extremely detail oriented
- Previous experience preferred
- RIBO licensed or willing to get the license
You will be required to attend training sessions to gain more in depth knowledge of the insurance products we offer our valued clients.
