Job summary:
Monitor club lounge for seating availability service safety and wellbeing of guests maintain cleanliness and condition of bar tables and other tools prepare serve hot cold alcoholic beverages stock ice glassware supplies wash dishes serving utensils complete opening closing duties requisition supplies transport to bar set-up area secure liquors beers wines coolers cabinets document pertinent information in department logbook forecast additional meal requirements communicate special requests to kitchen report accidents injuries unsafe work conditions follow company policies procedures ensure uniform personal appearance are clean professional welcome acknowledge guests according to company standards assist individuals with disabilities thank guests with genuine appreciation speak clearly professionally prepare review written documents accurately completely answer telephones using appropriate etiquette develop maintain positive working relationships support team reach common goals comply quality assurance expectations standards move lift carry push pull place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance stand sit walk extended period entire work shift perform reasonable job duties requested by Supervisors.
