Objectives of this Role
- Ensure on time day to day office functionality is maintained.
- Ensure all retail and online customers are being served in a timely manner.
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as processing estimates, invoicing and general paperwork.
- Liaise with the production manager about expectation and work flow to meet the dates set out by the client.
- As we are an online store, updating pricing and loading content is required to drive sales.
- Updating social media content.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven administrative experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong timemanagement skills and multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
- Solid interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- College degree
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour
