Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to match candidates to open positions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a network of potential candidates, building relationships with industry professionals, creating job postings, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. The role requires the ability to maintain accurate candidate records and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment, Candidate Sourcing, and Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Strong interpersonal skills, including Communication, Relationship-Building, and Networking
- Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends or job market requirements in either technical or non-technical domains
- Proven skills in Screening, Interviewing, and Evaluating candidates for various roles
- Ability to manage multiple job openings, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and experience managing candidate pipelines
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
