- **JOB SUMMARY**The
Packaging Supervisor has the responsibility for leading, managing, and coaching their production staff with the goal to achieve quality product produced with highest production efficiency attainable while maintaining a safe working environment for their team. This position reports directly to the Production Manager.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing, coaching, training and leading production employees
Cultivating a work environment of positive and safe problem solving
Work to minimize downtime and delays within the production process while also:
Ensure compliance to all company polices and standards with regards to health, safety, environment
Ensure compliance to all company quality standards, hold procedures, housekeeping, GMP, KPI reporting, correction action processes and continuous improvement.
Optimizing capacity, flexibility and productivity
Manage, monitor and communicate production performance results
Work closely with Brewing and Logistics to ensure maximum efficiency of production across entire supply chain
Work closely with peers to set agreed to standards and consistency across all shifts.
Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures of line equipment and processes.
Audit all production worksheets, check sheets, changeovers for standard practices and coach nonconforming work.

QUALIFICATIONS/DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

Minimum 35 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
Undergraduate degree in sciences preferred.
Excellent organizational skills with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.
Must have good communication skills in English written and verbal.
Must have strong interpersonal, leadership qualities, and team building skills.
Good analytical and problemsolving skills.
Understanding of manufacturing regulations regarding safety, quality, HACCP, GMP's, and SOP's.
Must have strong computer skills and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work shifting schedules (day/evening/night), weekends and holidays.
