+ Reporting to the Director, Mental Health, Oncology and Palliative Care, this position is responsible for providing creative and innovative leadership ensuring the delivery of quality patient care within the Cancer Care program.+ This role involves managing staff resources effectively while facilitating flow of patients+ The Manager will work collaboratively with all members of healthcare team including physicians+, to ensure efficient delivery of patient care services within Program+ Effective operational functions daily activities department focus enhancing patient family experience+H2 Job summary
This role is responsible for leading cancer care program at SHN ensuring delivery quality patient care in supportive empowering manner facilitating effective use staff resources flow patients management incidents issues arise.
