    Job Summary:

    The Bilingual recruiter provides full cycle recruiting services to the assigned business unit(s) and is responsible for providing the sourcing, qualifying, and delivering diverse candidates for high-volume positions. Successful candidate will be able to connect the as a trusted business partner and understand the importance in maintaining creditability.

    Responsibilities:

  • Manage the hiring process from start to finish ensuring approved processes and standards are followed and ensuring that Ainsworth values and culture are embedded into each step.
  • Plan and participate in strategic planning meetings with key business partners to understand current and upcoming requirements to build a plan on how to effectively recruit for positions within your area of responsibility.
  • Must be able to understand how to recruit passive candidates and possess the mentality to profile people and gauge chemistry of candidates for fit and understand their motivation.
  • Proactively research, source, screen and maintain a talented and diverse pipeline for open and upcoming roles across all areas of business.
  • Build and maintain good relationship, business knowledge and satisfaction with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct weekly check-ins with active candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting process for each role.
  • Coordinate next stage interviews with the Talent/HR team
  • Network with industry contacts via events, meet-ups, trade groups, social-media, and employee referrals.
  • Experience with online job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed and Jobillico is an asset.
  • Be an active member of intake meetings with hiring managers.
  • Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
  • Qualification:

  • Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience in a fast paced and high volume-recruiting environment.
  • Fluently bilingual in French and English.
  • Demonstrates ability to drive the recruiting process and act as a pipeline manager.
  • Competence working both individually and as a team member.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and work with highly confidential information.
  • Acts independently the full spectrum of talent acquisition services for all partners.
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite knowledge/experience and ATS, HRIS.
