The Conlon Eye Institute (CEI) team in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, is seeking applications from highly skilled and motivated individuals for a locum Comprehensive Ophthalmologist position.
This opportunity allows you to take your career to new heights while working at the satellite clinic in Swift Current, which is a requirement.
CEI is a cutting-edge facility known for its exceptional patient care, advanced technology, and state-of-the-art equipment.As a successful candidate, you can perform cataract surgery, refractive cataract surgery, and LASIK without hospital privileges.
In addition, the Swift Current satellite clinic handles over 600 cataract surgeries annually, offering a diverse and challenging patient population.
You'll also have the opportunity to perform retinal injections, further expanding your professional experience.At CEI, we value our team members and provide a supportive and rewarding work environment. The compensation package for this position is excellent, with a potential income of $800,000 to $1,200,000, with benefits.
Moreover, the position offers mentoring opportunities in refractive cataract, LASIK, and oculoplastic surgery, enabling you to enhance your skills and expertise.
As a member of the CEI team, your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive eye exams, diagnosing eye conditions, performing cataract surgery, providing medical and surgical treatment for eye diseases and conditions, and collaborating with other physicians and healthcare professionals.
We encourage continuing medical education to ensure you stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ophthalmology.Job Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you must hold certification or be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC), be registered with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CPSS) and possess an active medical license in the province of Saskatchewan.
