Job Description:

Work on projects across the company to improve productivity, improve SOX compliance, lower transactional costs and reduce manual activities
Enable continuous controls monitoring through our suite of technology including SAP GRC and robotics
Provide ongoing monitoring and input into the SOX listing of controls for Business Process and Entity Level controls
Partner with thirdparty resources in the execution of responsibilities
Support a metricsdriven culture to measure the effectiveness of control processes by tracking KPI's and using dashboards
Provide input into organizational policies and procedures (SOP's, training materials, and exception documentation)
Analyze and interpret data and formulate recommendations and solutions as applicable, including assisting on the build of a dynamic risk dashboard
Support system integration efforts
Help develop Control Action Plans to address any audit findings or process failures
Provide thoughtful and technical insight to the Process Controls team through execution of projects
Assist in enabling compliance readiness for merger/acquisition and divestiture activity as required

Experience and Education:
ExperienceRequired

35 years of experience
Big 4 public accounting, Fortune 500 internal audit, or accounting/finance, manufacturing/distribution/retail industries
Knowledge and experience with SOX requirements, COSO risk assessment framework, GAAP and financial reporting
Works effectively in a team oriented environment, improving overall team performance
Also has the ability to work independently, is a selfstarter, and driven to accomplish assignments on time with high quality
Considers different approaches to decisionmaking to arrive at logical conclusions.
Strong PC Skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word
