Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team.
As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating automotive repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding repair timelines
- Provide cost estimates for repairs and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with mechanics and technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Upsell additional services or maintenance packages to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and vehicle service history
- Handle cash transactions and process payments
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient in upselling products or services to maximize revenue
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of recommended repairs or maintenance
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills to address customer concerns effectively
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership or automotive repair shop is preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and repairs is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Pay:
$36,357.35-$77,909.84 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental pay types:
