We (GTC) are looking for an inside sales specialist to join our team.

If you're interested in interacting with a wide variety of customers, and helping to get unique and helpful tools into the hands of users all over the world, you're probably a good fit.

We are a small team based in Delta, which develops, manufactures, and delivers handheld electronic tools all over the world.

Essential Requirements:

• Prior experience with order entry and/or processing
• Experience in engaging with and assisting customers or vendors
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Attention to detail
• Desire to continuously learn and improve

Plusses (helpful prior experience)

• Experience with Quickbooks
• Experience with shipping software (such as UPS WorldShip and/or FedEx Shipping Manager)

Software/Tools:

• Quickbooks Enterprise
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel)

• UPS WorldShip

• FedEx Shipping Manager
• DokuWiki (used for documentation)

Responsibilities:

• Entering orders from customers
• Shipping orders out
• Creating and transmitting invoices
• Interact with colleagues at GTC for planning and other reasons
• Solve issues that may arise with order fulfillment (there are all kinds of problems that come up when doing business around the globe)

Position Details:

This position is open to either part-time (~6 hours each weekday) or full-time (8 hours each weekday), and does not require overtime, weekend, or holiday work.

Office Hours: 9AM-5:30PM
