Description
Respond effectively to alarms and assist with client requests

  • Ability to maintain and enforce access control procedures
  • Solid understanding of emergency and standard operating procedures
  • Deal with trespassers and unauthorized persons found on the property, in a fair and safe manner, by enforcing the Trespass to Property Act\
  • Deescalate emergency / crisis situations
  • Assist emergency and law enforcement personnel
  • Access control, line management, customer service
  • Assist with daily operations as needed/required or directed
  • Other duties as outlined by management

Requirements:


  • Valid Ontario Security License
  • Must be fully vaccinated (Covid19 policy in affect)
  • Postsecondary diploma or certification in a related field (e.g. lawenforcement) preferred
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with strong oral and written communication abilities
  • Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multitasking, use of timelines and time management techniques
  • High level of personal integrity
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professional/mature demeanor under stressful situations
  • Confident, consistent decisive personality
  • Must be able to work with little supervision; must be selfdirected

Shifts:

  • Day Shift (1130am430pm)


  • Monday

  • Friday
  • 25 hours/

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
