Position Summary


We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team as a
General Assembly Labourer_
._ This permanent full-time position involves the Mechanical Assembly of metal products and preparation of piece parts prior to painting.

Both
day and
night shifts available.


Qualifications

The successful applicant must have the following qualifications:

  • Must be legally permitted to work within Canada.
  • Prior experience in mechanical assembly of finished product is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail.
  • Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions.
  • Good problemsolving skills.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform other general duties, as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with Sytec policies and procedures.
  • Effective communication with team members.
  • Some specialized tasks may require onthe job training.

Benefits:


  • Job Type
  • Full time.
  • Pay $ $24.00, depending on relevant experience.
  • A company benefit plan is available, after 3 months of employment.

Day Shift:40 hour work week.


Night Shift: 40-hour work week. Please note, you will be required to work on Day Shift, until fully trained - (6:00 AM - 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday). Upon successful night shift training
premium of $2.00 will be added.
