We are currently hiring for a Multi-Unit Account Coordinator.

Position Summary:

The Multi-Unit Account Coordinator is responsible for the execution and overall management of an assigned group of National Multiunit customer's business. As the point person for your assigned customers, the National Multi Unit Account Coordinator is responsible for driving business outcomes and high customer satisfaction. Leading through influence and using your passion for the restaurant/foodservice industry, you will work within a winning team to execute excellence to support our customer's contract.

Schedule Details:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the point of contact for assigned Multi Unit Accounts and Account Managers.
Coordinate restaurant chain quotes including all price changes.
Analyze and create daily reports including substitution and shorts for restaurant chains.
Liaise with the customer service team for Account head offices.
Support customer rebates and regular reporting related to the restaurant chains.
Provide support to Account Managers to deliver a high level of customer service excellence.
Collaborate with other departments for support with listings of new products.
Contribute to the strategic plan and company values.

Qualifications:

Completion of Post secondary education preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Strong time management and organization skills to manage competing priorities.
Previous experience using MS Excel and analyzing data using vlookup and pivot tables.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.
Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently and make decisions to resolve issues.
Previous experience in a similar role and experience with ERP systems preferred.
