Job Summary

Reporting to the Regional Business Manager, the Housing Coordinator manages a geographically dispersed leased/owned housing inventory, overseeing daily and long-term requirements.

The Housing Coordinator is responsible for procurement activities including Public Tendering, negotiating and managing short and long-term leases and third-party contracts, and developing long-term housing strategies and related corporate policies and procedures.

The manager is also responsible for fiscal stewardship, and quality and risk management.


Job Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in business administration or commerce, or other related discipline is required.
Professional Designation such as Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Facilities Management Administrator (FMA) is preferred.


Experience
Experience in housing/leasing and/or procurement is required.
Experience managing leased/owned housing, or a leased office accommodation portfolio is preferred.

Knowledge of contract development and negotiation.

Other
Extensive travel is required.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.
