Role Overview:

As a Customer-Facing Lead Generation and Relationship Building Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by generating high-quality leads and building strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.

This position requires a proactive and customer-focused approach, as you will be responsible for generating leads, setting appointments, engaging with customers face-to-face in the field, and establishing long-term relationships.


Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads and expand our customer base.
  • Utilize various lead generation techniques, including but not limited to cold calling, doortodoor visits, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Identify target markets and key decisionmakers to prioritize lead generation efforts effectively.

Lead Conversion and Appointment Setting:

  • Engage with prospective customers to understand their energy needs and educate them about the benefits of solar energy solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and suitability for solar installations.
  • Set appointments for consultations and site assessments with our solar experts.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Conduct facetoface meetings with customers to discuss their solar energy requirements and provide customized solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers' needs, address any concerns or objections, and tailor proposals to meet their specific requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, actively listening to their feedback, and maintaining regular communication.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Provide feedback and insights on customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities to improve our sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customerfacing role, preferably in lead generation, sales, or account management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to convert leads into appointments and sales.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented mindset with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
  • Solid understanding of solar energy solutions, environmental sustainability, and the benefits of renewable energy.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions, as this role requires fieldwork and facetoface customer interactions.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within designated territories.

$42,500.00-$62,000.00 per year
