Join us as Process Industrial Quality Manager, and you'll be looking at a career-defining role based in Thunder Bay (ON), CA.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support PME to ensure noncompliance risks analysis using Process FMEA.
- Lead implementation of Quality Control Plans using REX of previous project execution & associated relevant IQ staffing.
- Lead control & process digitalization.
- Improve Quality level per main processes:
- Perform analysis & manage actions to improve the outgoing product quality.
- Escalade the main anomalies detected on the production lines & ensure their effective treatment (Problem Solving tools).
- Support of manufacturing for quality topics:
- Stop the production in case of a defect which justifies mandatory rework.
- Support manufacturing teams to develop selfinspection.
- Lead quality animation methodology deployment, in line with Continuous Improvement system.
- Manage & develop the industrial quality team, using Q-School process & yearly training / qualification plan.
- Manage APSYS improvement plan for Industrial Quality scope.
REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical ) or equivalent.
- Experience in managing Quality tools and problemsolving tools.
- Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
- Management experience.
- Project management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Industrial. (Desirable)
- Technical mastering of railway products.
- International mindset & fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and resistance to pressure (production, delivery)
