We are seeking an Assistant to help us with daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our company.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the company's files and databases, including document management, backup, and archiving
Assist in arranging meetings and events, such as conference room booking, guest reception, and procurement of supplies
Coordinate and communicate with various departments within the company, such as production teams, customer service, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth operations
Assist in planning and producing media content, including videos, images, and audio, and uploading and publishing to various platforms
Manage the company's social media accounts, including updating content, responding to comments and direct messages
Collect and analyze data to help the company understand market trends and user needs, and provide recommendations for media content production
Assist in completing other work tasks assigned by company leadership

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in media production or operations is a plus
Based on the current situation, fluent in both Mandarin and English are necessary
