Position Summary
We are looking for a Practice Engagement Manager to join our team and help us achieve our goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clinicians, clinic managers, clinic staff, and patients to implement digital tools that provide workflow efficiencies within the healthcare space.
  • Create implementation plans, provide training support, and lead change management within clinics.
  • Work closely with physicians, clinic managers, and staff on site as well as remotely to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Measure key performance indicators to determine the success of the pilots and the impact of workflow changes.
  • Identify necessary workflow changes and create new workflows for a future mode of operation.
  • Organize and lead huddles with key stakeholders of projects to ensure ongoing success.
  • Provide reports to WELL leadership on statuses and various projects on a regular basis.
  • Work with Clinic Managers to identify staffing needs and ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained.
  • Collaborate with Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) to optimize workflows, streamline processes, and ensure efficient clinic operations.
  • Help to develop and implement recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Develop strategies to improve physician satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide support for conflict resolution and mediation as needed.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience working within a healthcare setting.
  • Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with clinicians, managers, and staff.
  • Experience leveraging technology to solve many of Canada's healthcare problems: Clinic modernization, digitization, and technology implementations will be considered favourably.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (high EQ).
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proficiency in O365 suite, cloudbased CRM, and project toolsets.
  • Strong knowledge of database management.
  • Change management experience in the healthcare field.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical operations and organizational behaviour.
  • Ambitious selfstarter with a passion for change.
  • Strong problemidentification skills with a proven record of overcoming objections.
  • Flexible and able to work with changing deliverables and limited structure.
  • Highly organized and able to work in a fastpaced change culture.
  • Technologysavvy.
  • Passionate about leveraging technology to solve many of Canada's healthcare problems.
