Description and Requirements:


Lenovo Solutions and Services Group (SSG) brings together all of Lenovo's IT solutions and services across PC, infrastructure, and smart verticals, including attached services, managed services, and as-a-Service offerings, into one dedicated organization.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead or play a leading role in an ongoing Qlik to Power BI transformation project.
  • Analyze and interpret data related to regional parts usage rates, parts cost vs price, parts repair yields, substitutes, and backlog management to support decisionmaking and continuous improvement within the Services Supply Chain.
  • Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to present supply chain data effectively to stakeholders.
  • Design, implement, and maintain data platform infrastructure, including databases, data warehouses, and big data environments.
  • Ensure data security by implementing and monitoring access controls, encryption, and other security measures.
  • Monitor and optimize system performance to maintain high levels of availability and reliability.
  • Plan and execute backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and implement datarelated solutions for the Services Supply Chain.
  • Support operations and fulfillment on tracking parts and customer orders within NA network.

Basic Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong background in statistics, data visualization, and programming languages such as R or Python.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data platform administration, including experience with databases, data storage technologies, and data processing frameworks.

Preferred Requirement:


  • Experience with Power BI and Qlik sense.
  • Dynamic work hours to adapt to global meetings
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, and API programming languages, with experience working with relational and nonrelational databases.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Interest in pursuing a deeper, impactful business career in Services Supply Chain.
