Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management

  • Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Answer customer inquiries in a thorough and professional manner
  • Regularly meet with clients to perform business reviews
  • Facilitate annual contract renewals
  • Coordinate with project coordinator and technical team to resolve customer issues and opportunities for business growth

Internal Client/ Vendor Relations:

  • Enter customer and financial details into the system with a high degree of accuracy
  • Maintain customer database including new clients and changes
  • Analyze vendor information and cross reference with customer database

  • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Independent and selfmotivated with sound judgement
  • Strong problems solving and critical thinking
  • Information technical knowledge an asset

Experience:


  • 25 years of related experience
  • Diploma in business or related field an asset
Hybrid Work - 4 days in office, optional 1 day remote per week


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
