Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with clients
- Answer customer inquiries in a thorough and professional manner
- Regularly meet with clients to perform business reviews
- Facilitate annual contract renewals
- Coordinate with project coordinator and technical team to resolve customer issues and opportunities for business growth
Internal Client/ Vendor Relations:
- Enter customer and financial details into the system with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain customer database including new clients and changes
- Analyze vendor information and cross reference with customer database
What we're looking for:
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Independent and selfmotivated with sound judgement
- Strong problems solving and critical thinking
- Information technical knowledge an asset
Experience:
- 25 years of related experience
- Diploma in business or related field an asset
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$20.00-$30.00 per hour
