As an implementation lead within the Business System team, you will be responsible to work on multiple projects and support various system used within Rogers Business such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Business self-serve tools.


What you will do:


  • Work on projects within the Business System team
  • Understand end to end business process of our sales, service, and marketing teams.
  • Work with Portfolio Managers and business stakeholder to validate requirements & processes.
  • Develop Impact Assessment based on technical capabilities and user impact assessments for monthly releases
  • Develop test cases and challenge where necessary to ensure all customer & user experience scenarios are covered
  • Support report requests related to business adoption of capabilities launched
  • Data gathering including TMA studies (as required)
  • Review post launch release and do sanity checks on released capabilities and log defects in Jira (as applicable)
  • Report post release enhancements via the enhancement submission form
  • Support Change prime during launches on creating job aids & supporting documentation for both internal and external users
  • Create demos recordings for upcoming functionality
  • Support Business teams, E&A and influencers on completing operational Impact assessments and launch playbook
  • Support Office hours during launches
  • Responsible to support Playbook to ensure launch activities are complete

What you will bring:


  • Have a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and other tools being used by our business stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile framework.
  • Experience analyzing data and identifying areas of improvement
  • Working knowledge of Rogers for Business Wireline, Cable and Fibre, systems, tools and processes and organizational structure
  • Selfmotivated and able to "hit the ground running" and utilize their reporting experience to learn new processes and systems quickly
  • Capable of understanding complex processes with limited guidance
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to adapt with evolving responsibilities.
  • Able to prioritize their workload with mínimal direction while taking into consideration the priorities of the department and organization as a whole
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Goal oriented selfstarter who can work independently as well as in a team environment with mínimal supervision and has an appetite for continuous learning
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a fastpaced environment
