Accountabilities:

Essential Skills/Experience:

Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition within a global environment
Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an inhouse environment or similar.
Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets using a range of methods and tools attraction channels.
Ability to adopt and utilise digital/AI tools.
Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced changing agile environment.
Customer focused, results orientated approach.
Persuading and influencing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations.
Written and spoken proficiency in English.

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Educated to degree level/postgraduate qualification in a HR related specialism.
Recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
