Essential Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition within a global environment
- Experience in delivering full life cycle recruitment services in an inhouse environment or similar.
- Experience of planning and leading complex recruitment campaigns for hard to fill skills sets using a range of methods and tools attraction channels.
- Ability to adopt and utilise digital/AI tools.
- Stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced changing agile environment.
- Customer focused, results orientated approach.
- Persuading and influencing skills, with a strong ability to manage expectations.
- Written and spoken proficiency in English.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Educated to degree level/postgraduate qualification in a HR related specialism.
- Recruiting experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
