mdf commerce Inc . is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

You have:

Passion for recruitment and creativity in attraction strategies.
Great curiosity and alertness, as well as the ability to be serious without taking yourself too seriously.
Good knowledge of recruitment requirements and specifications in Canada and the United States.
University degree in human resources, industrial relations or related field.
At least 8 years' experience in recruitment, including at least 5 years in IT recruitment.
