Open Position: Service Advisor at Formula Honda
Formula Honda, a division of Drive Autogroup, is in search of a Service Advisor to join their expanding team.
The Service Advisor is a crucial part of the Service team, responsible for managing the service process and enhancing customer experience.
We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, is organized, reliable, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and coordinate diagnosis of reported issues
  • Interact with customers in-person or over the phone
  • Provide repair and maintenance recommendations
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
  • Maintain documentation accurately
  • Adhere to safety standards
  • Be flexible to work evening and weekend shifts

Qualifications
