Your days will include:
Source and recruit candidates using a variety of strategies
Screen resumes and applications and update candidates on hiring processes
Interview candidates during various hiring stages
Deliver employment offers and negotiations in accordance with company policy
Develop a solid understanding of the business units in HyLife, job requirements, and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each role
Support the development of job descriptions and job posting creation
Coordinate background checks, social media scans, and skill testing
Administer and submit all hiring, promotions, and transfer documents to HR team members
Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of various recruitment metrics

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
Certificate in Human Resources or a related discipline
Experience working in an ATS system
Experience utilizing social media as a recruitment tool
Excellent customer service skills
Proficiency with Microsoft applications
