We are currently looking to fill a
temporary contract position of Property Administrator to work within our London, Ontario head office.


ABOUT THE ROLE
The duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Application and lease processing and administration
  • Maintain rental spreadsheets and vacancy lists
  • Manage incoming and outgoing inspection reports and collect photos, invoices, and pricing for outgoing damages at all stages, working with property managers and maintenance to administer damage charges and invoicing
  • Collection and input of data as required
  • General filing and office administrative duties
  • Preparation of various correspondence including but not limited to illegal notice letters, rent receipts, chargebacks, resident references, etc.
  • Assist with monthly duties as required
  • Provide project support as needed
  • Backup reception
  • Assist the Property Accountant as required
  • Other property management items that might arise from time to time

Key Qualifications/Requirements:


  • College Diploma or bachelor's degree in the administrative field.
  • Experience in the Property Management field is preferred
  • Knowledge of industry related legislation, including the Residential Tenancy Act
  • Ability to manage tasks independently with little to no supervision


  • Advanced computer skills

  • MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Professional, calm demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Works well in a fastpaced environment
  • Enthusiastic and team oriented

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 13 months
