    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator . This role will primarily focus on managing hourly payroll and supporting various payroll administration tasks. With approximately 600 employees and multiple Hourly and Salary payrolls.


    Responsibilities:

    • Process payroll for all employees using
      Ceridian Dayforce HCM.
    • Calculate and enter employee hours, wages, and deductions into the payroll system
    • Review and verify accuracy of payroll data before finalizing payments
    • Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposits to employees on a timely basis
    • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters, including pay discrepancies and deductions
    • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime hours
    • Collaborate with the HR department to ensure proper handling of new hires, terminations, and changes in employee status
    • Prepare payroll reports for management as needed
    • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks as required
    • Conduct regular audits of payroll processes to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors

    Experience:

    • Proven experience as a Payroll Administration or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
    • Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Ceridian
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
