Account Executive - Quest Audio Visual
Job Summary

To build on this momentum, we are growing our Sales team and seeking a highly qualified Account Executive to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Growth and Engagement in executing key strategies to elevate client satisfaction and financial growth.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Represent Quest Audio Visual as a Brand Ambassador at social and networking events to build a trusted industry presence
  • Create detailed business plans to reach predetermined goals and financial budgets
  • Ability to manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turning them into longterm partnerships
  • Update and customize sales presentation templates for client events, and business partners
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
  • Promote and present the company's creative av solutions addressing or predicting clients' objectives and RFP requirements
  • Provide professional aftersales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Monitor project progress and report status updates to clients
  • Collaborate on maintaining accurate records and documentation for projects
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
  • Educate and guide customers to understand how to best leverage Quest AV as a Trusted Partner for their AV event production needs
  • Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
  • Keep CRM System uptodate and accurate
Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of Events Industry market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Zoho and Dynamics 365)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Time management and planning skills
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate for the Live Events Industry.
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Selfmotivated with a desire for personal and professional growth.
  • Creative thinker, initiator, and actionoriented in delivering commitments.
