In addition to the regular duties of a server, the Service Supervisor is the direct supervisor of all Front of House staff.

Additional responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, assigning tasks and leading the front of house employees. Reviewing cash receipts, ordering supplies, etc.

Also tasks and responsibilities that assists the Manager to achieve company objectives in sales, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, product quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

Minimum several years experience as a restaurant server is a requirement. Relevant experience with supervision is an asset.
