Description

As Armoclan Engineering Ltd provides services for clients within high security areas, Security screening and fingerprinting will be done upon hiring as required for access to these areas.

Armoclan is looking for people who are well rounded in all aspects of interior renovation work such as demo, drywall, taping, painting, carpentry, tile work etc.

Responsibilities:

Completes a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: general upkeep and repair,
Plaster, drywall, paint, carpentry, demolition, carpet and tile removal and repair
Maintain a professional courteous manner and communication with client, employees, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
Maintains tools and materials for the work site.
Play a key role in ensuring all site projects are completed in a timely manner
Maintaining daily log to be sent to the manager weekly for review

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 23 years skilled labour experience
Additional educational or trades courses are an asset,

Demonstrated basic carpentry skills:

Knowledge and expertise with hand and power tools,:

Ability to work outdoors, lift/push-pull up to 100 lbs, and work at heights on ladders,
Maintain confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy as well as a positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills;
Must be proactive, with an attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;

Salary:
From $23.00 per hour
