    Bilingual Administrator Role


    The role involves estates settlements, journal processing and issuance of tax documents for estate accounts. It also entails addressing estate related inquiries/issues per internal deadlines.


    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all information and request channels are current and up to date. They must proactively offer assistance as a member of the team, working closely with other Operational teams and where needed directly with advisors for complex situations.


    A key aspect of this position is reviewing processes for improvement. This includes reviews on CIRO (formerly IIROC and MFDA) platforms along with trustee guidelines.


    • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience required.
    • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in financial services industry preferably within estates or operations departments
    • Candidates should have knowledge of rules regulations in CIRO CRA Revenue Quebec preferred (e.g., civil law common law).
