We're looking for an experienced Financial Services Manager to join our team As Financial Services Manager on our team; you will consult with clients on protection programs to customize and tailor personalized coverages.

As well as provide optimal purchasing solutions to our clients through a network of prime lenders and financial institutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth delivery of client's vehicle
Prepare and document any/all documentation for final delivery.
Present and customize protection products such as warranties, creditor insurance, vehicle write—off protection and environmental protection packages.
Adhere to a standard of professional ethics and be respectful to customers.
Be knowledgeable of provincial regulations regarding finance and the fair credit reporting act.
Structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines.
Perform credit interview.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Grow store relationship with key lenders.
UptoDate knowledge on lender programs and guidelines

What you bring to the role:

years' experience in the Automotive business (minimum 2 years as an FSM).

Excellent understanding of sales, finance, and management.
Positive working relationship with financial institutions.
Proven record for performance with set goals.
Excellent Oral, Written & Listening skills.
Decision-Making Skills based on the relative costs, benefits of potential actions and choose the appropriate path.
Ability to read, understand and calculate banking figures such as discounts, interest rates, percentages, and commission etc.
