Requirements:

• Selfmotivated and committed to exceeding goals.
• Strong organizational, timemanagement, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Postsecondary education in business or marketing (an asset).
• Minimum three years of businesstoconsumer sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in sales.
• Proficient in basic PC computer operations.
• Flexibility to work days and/or evenings.
• HVAC experience is ideal, but is not required.

Your Role as a Home Comfort Advisor:

• Engage new, current, and previous customers, offering tailored solutions for their home comfort needs.
• Assist homeowners in saving money on utilities and future repairs.
• Conduct followup calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and build a referral base.
• Achieve sales goals at or above quota revenues.

Location:

We are located downtown in the financial district. One minute walk to Union Station and accessible via the PATH. This is an on-site role with possible future potential to work remotely for a portion of the week.

$50,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
