Role:

Manager of Operations


Reports to:

President & General Manager


Key Duties:


  • Responsible for the overall operations of a busy overhead door business including: Commercial Service & New Installations, Residential Service & New Installations, Special Projects, Dispatch, Shop/Product Logistics, Safety
  • Lead and effectively work through a highly qualified and motivated supervisory team
  • Work to improve productivity, customer service levels and organizational effectiveness across all areas of operations
  • Embrace and implement technology tools to improve operations and inventory control
  • Manage equipment, vehicles & tools
  • Support the Safety Program
