Role:
Manager of Operations
Reports to:
President & General Manager
Key Duties:
- Responsible for the overall operations of a busy overhead door business including: Commercial Service & New Installations, Residential Service & New Installations, Special Projects, Dispatch, Shop/Product Logistics, Safety
- Lead and effectively work through a highly qualified and motivated supervisory team
- Work to improve productivity, customer service levels and organizational effectiveness across all areas of operations
- Embrace and implement technology tools to improve operations and inventory control
- Manage equipment, vehicles & tools
- Support the Safety Program
