About The Role

As Manager, Product Management at TD SYNNEX Canada, you'll lead a high-performing team of Vendor Business Managers to maximize revenue, margin, and market share across key technology portfolios. You will drive strategic business planning, own inventory optimization, and act as the primary liaison with our vendor partners. Your insights and decisions will directly influence profitability, customer satisfaction, and the long-term growth of both your team and the company.

What You'll Do

Business & Financial Management

Define and execute revenue, margin, inventory, and profit objectives in alignment with TD SYNNEX's strategic roadmap
Develop and manage pricing strategies in partnership with Sales to capture market share while protecting gross profit dollars
Negotiate, forecast, and optimize vendor rebate programs to unlock maximum financial return
Lead monthly forecasting cycles-track performance against targets for revenue, margin contribution, days-of-supply (DOS), and fill rates
Prepare and present concise business updates to senior leadership, highlighting wins, risks, and mitigation plans

Inventory & Asset Optimization

Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand without overexposure or obsolescence
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to minimize inventory holding costs and liquidation risks
Monitor product lifecycles and orchestrate end-of-life strategies to protect book value

Team Leadership & Development

Build, mentor, and coach a team of Product Managers-drive engagement, professional growth, and high performance
Collaborate with management and HR on hiring, onboarding, performance management, salary reviews, and career-path planning.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement-recognize and reward achievements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Serve as the key point of contact for vendor sales and marketing teams-ensure alignment of business plans, promotions, and go-to-market strategies
Partner with Vendor Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR to execute cross-departmental initiatives and mid-level management projects
Facilitate effective communication and stakeholder engagement to accelerate decision-making and drive results

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree (preferred); High-school diploma required
5-8 years of progressive experience in product management, inventory management, or P&L leadership within the IT, security, or technology sectors.
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in security, cybersecurity, hardware, and software.
Strong financial acumen: forecasting, pricing analysis, margin management, and rebate negotiation
Strategic thinker with exceptional planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-impact teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experienced presenter to executive audiences
Proficient with ERP systems, BI tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel)

Annual compensation offered will be based on several variables including geographic location, work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

Hiring Salary Range $ 100, $125,000.00 CAD

Vos responsabilités

Gestion des activités et des finances

Définir et mettre en œuvre les objectifs de revenus, de marges, de stocks et de profits, en cohérence avec la feuille de route stratégique de TD SYNNEX
Élaborer et gérer des stratégies de tarification en partenariat avec l'équipe des ventes afin de capter des parts de marché tout en protégeant les marges brutes
Négocier, prévoir et optimiser les programmes de ristournes fournisseurs afin de maximiser le rendement financier
Diriger les cycles mensuels de prévision : suivre la performance par rapport aux cibles de revenus, de contribution aux marges, de jours de couverture (DOS) et de taux de service
Préparer et présenter des mises à jour d'affaires claires et concises à la haute direction, en mettant en évidence les réussites, les risques et les plans d'atténuation

Optimisation des stocks et des actifs

Planifier et maintenir des niveaux de stocks optimaux afin de répondre à la demande des clients tout en évitant la surexposition ou l'obsolescence
Collaborer avec les équipes de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des opérations et des finances pour réduire les coûts de détention des stocks et les risques de liquidation
Surveiller le cycle de vie des produits et orchestrer les stratégies de fin de vie afin de protéger la valeur comptable

Leadership et développement d'équipe

Bâtir, encadrer et accompagner une équipe de gestionnaires de produits afin de favoriser l'engagement, le développement professionnel et une performance élevée
Collaborer avec la direction et les Ressources humaines pour le recrutement, l'intégration, la gestion de la performance, les révisions salariales et la planification des parcours de carrière
Favoriser une culture de collaboration, de responsabilisation et d'amélioration continue, tout en reconnaissant et valorisant les réalisations

Collaboration transversale

Agir comme principal point de contact pour les équipes de ventes et de marketing des fournisseurs, en assurant l'alignement des plans d'affaires, des promotions et des stratégies de mise en marché
Travailler en partenariat avec les équipes de marketing fournisseurs, des ventes, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des finances et des Ressources humaines pour déployer des initiatives transversales et des projets de gestion intermédiaire
Faciliter une communication efficace et l'engagement des parties prenantes afin d'accélérer la prise de décision et d'obtenir des résultats

Profil recherché

Diplôme universitaire (atout); diplôme d'études secondaires requis
De 5 à 8 ans d'expérience progressive en gestion de produits, en gestion des stocks ou en responsabilité de P&L dans les secteurs des TI, de la sécurité ou des technologies
Expertise démontrée en sécurité, cybersécurité, matériel et logiciels
Solides compétences financières : prévision, analyse de la tarification, gestion des marges et négociation de ristournes
Excellente capacité de réflexion stratégique, de planification, d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Capacité éprouvée à diriger et à développer des équipes à fort impact
Excellentes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite; aisance à présenter à des auditoires de direction
Maîtrise des systèmes ERP, des outils de veille stratégique (BI) et de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel avancé)

La rémunération annuelle offerte sera établie en fonction de plusieurs facteurs, notamment la localisation géographique, l'expérience professionnelle, la formation ainsi que les compétences et réalisations, et fera l'objet d'une entente mutuelle au moment de l'offre.

Fourchette salariale à l'embauche : $ 100, $125,000.00 CAD
