Description

Collaborate with the General Manager to break down and track the progress of each GL business unit within GreenLife Group, based on the strategic plan and sales plan of the business department.

Maintain close communication with all departments, collaborate on tasks, and implement actions to achieve goals.


Assist the General Manager in establishing standardized management systems and business processes, including store operational management models, meeting schedules, sales and profit tracking, product supply, market research, marketing promotion, and after-sales customer service.


Improve the basic logistics support system for each retail store, standardize the procurement and distribution of store supplies, and supervise the construction of store image.


Assist the General Manager in organizing a list of slow-moving and repair products for each store and collaborate with various departments to clear slow-moving promotions, returns, and other tasks.

Organize various marketing activities, such as regional exhibitions, monthly promotional meetings, media coordination meetings, business meetings, etc.

Assist the General Manager in completing performance commission tables and organizing sales inventory data.


Lead the marketing team in releasing product information, optimizing social media account information, and collaborating with the e-commerce department to optimize web pages.

Implement and refine product promotion strategies. Promote products through marketing methods; connect with influencers for product promotion.


Embrace and advocate for corporate culture, unite all business units, and build a strong team that assists each other and operates efficiently.

Able to work in the Mississauga location.

Own and be able to drive a car.


Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, rigorous logical thinking, and strong communication, understanding, and logical thinking abilities.

Outstanding experience in team building and strong team management skills, adept at coordinating the work of various teams.

Strong sense of responsibility, energetic, with a healthy, optimistic, and open mindset.

Proficient in using MS Office software.

Detail-oriented, service-oriented, professional, resilient, hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, and principled in handling tasks.

5、组织各种营销活动,如区域性展会、月度促销会议、媒体对接会、商务会议等。

6、协助总经理完成绩效提成表与整理销售库存数据

7、带领市场团队发布产品信息,优化社交媒体账户信息,与电商部门合作完成网页的优化

8、完善落实产品宣传则略。通过营销手段推广产品;与Influencer取得联系,推广产品
- 认同和倡导企业文化,团结所有业务单元,建设一个相互帮助、高效运作的强大团队。
- 能前往Mississauga工作地点;
- 拥有并能驾驶汽车。
- 全日制本科及以上学历,有零售行业经验,硕士及以上学历或海外留学经验者优先考虑。
- 出色的英语书面和口头表达能力,严密的逻辑思维能力,强大的沟通、理解和逻辑思维能力;

Salary:
$55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
