Canadian Technical Solutions Inc is a busy manufacturing company in Ayton, Ontario, that builds High Quality, Luxury Trailers for the film industry. We are currently looking to grow our team with dedicated and experienced construction workers. The ability to grow with our company awaits you. Builds are preformed inside large shops, so you are protected from the elements.


Key Responsibilities:
- assist with builds involving flooring, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, trim and cabinetry
- interpret and analyze blueprints and designs
- maintain and organize tools, equipment and materials for efficient workflow
- follow directions from supervisors and other skilled team members
- operate a variety of power tools
- work with a high level of quality workmanship
- perform trailer clean up before final inspection and delivery to customer
- be ready to learn from on-the-job training


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a labourer in the construction industry
  • Solid understanding of construction principles and procedures
  • Proficiency in using power tools
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in all tasks
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Willing to adhere to safety protocols and regulations
- strong physical stamina and the ability to perform heavy lifting


Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour

  • Ayton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Construction Labourer: 1 year (preferred)
