You will be liable for the implementation of digital strategies and data driven analyses to assist the enhancement of collection effectiveness and mitigation of credit losses.

Responsibilities:

Assist the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of collection strategies with focus on Digital channels, aiming at minimizing credit losses.
Deliver on analytical projects that provide applicable insights to improve collection efforts and recoveries.
Recommend improvements to existing processes. Introduce changes under a test/control framework to help drive purpose, evidencebased decisions that improve performance metrics.
Provide oversight of the digital strategies by developing performance reports and early warning triggers.
Participate as required in a variety of crossfunctional teams to implement customer assistance tools, digital strategies, and other highpriority projects.

Job Requirements:

Strong teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with statistical & data mining software packages in particular SAS and SQL (required)
Experience with Power Business Intelligence (highly desired)
Familiarity with Big Query and Python
Results driven individual with high level of curiosity and ability to dive into details without losing sight of the big picture.
Strong organization skills to prioritize, manage, and implement a variety of contesting initiatives, on a concurrent or staggered basis.
A University degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or Computer science, as well as working experience equivalent to a minimum of 23 years of related experience is required.
