Excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication skills

  • Positive attitude and continued desire to grow and learn both personally and professionally
  • You have achieved your Journeyman Parts Ticket, are currently a parts Apprentice, or you have a desire to begin the program
  • Parts counter experience and/or related automotive experience
  • Have a valid Alberta Driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Cash handling experience.
As a Parts Technician, you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Communicate and collaborate with the Store Manager
  • Occasional shipping, receiving and inventory control
  • Standard parts counter duties including looking up, invoicing and ordering auto parts, as well as light shop tasks (scanning computers, testing starters and alternators, testing batteries, etc.)
  • Cashier related duties
  • Occasional parts delivery using company vehicles
