Our dealership is currently looking for a Service Booking Coordinator to join our busy team.

_ Responsibilities_- Schedule service appointments. Outbound calling with promotional offers to targeted customers to generate service appointments.- Handle service and parts cashier transactions.- Maintain a pleasant telephone manner and assist customers as required.

Outbound calling to confer with customers in order to provide information about recommended maintenance and services, warranty Recalls or Campaigns, overdue for service, service reminders, special order parts, missed appointments.

_ Required Skills & Experience_- Previous Guest Service/Cashier or call centre experience is an asset.- Able to connect with people over the phone and in-person.- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).- Personable, adaptable, and versatile.- Willing to work as a member of a team and interact with others in a professional and courteous manner.- Strong computer skills, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work Saturdays.
