Capco is looking for an Intermediate UX Copywriter with experience in the financial services sector to join our Innovation & Design practice.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients and the Innovation & Design team to improve the user experience for customers and employees
Collaborate across different teams with difference specialities to deliver the best solutions for our clients.
Brainstorm solutions to tough client problems, speaking up and sharing your knowledge
Work handinhand with technologists at Capco and our clients to create wireframes, visual designs and copy that are stateoftheart and userfriendly

About You

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of copywriting experience, with at least 23 years in the banking and/or insurance industry
UX writer and editor who can also write presentation decks
Content strategy experience preferred
Able to work as part of an integrated team with designers, developers, testers, business analysts and project managers
Expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Figma, Adobe XD
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
