- Provide leadership to our technical team as it relates to helping them solve technical problems as they emerge (ability to read/review code will be needed), creating and communicating changes in technical processes, communicating the specifics of an architected solution so that it can be actioned by our developers, etc.
- Consistently identify, record, and document all technical issues per project to proactively optimize processes for future mitigation
- Review, audit, improve, and document our existing development processes (e.g. staging/production environments, toolsets, branch strategy, manual QA, automated QA, etc)
- Provide support as we hire and onboard new technical roles (e.g. development assessments, overseeing the technical aspect of onboarding such as training around our deployment processes and quality control, etc.)
- Provide oversight to other technical matters such as security/cybersecurity, DevOps, our tech stack, documentation, etc.
- Although the majority of this role focuses on providing technical leadership, evaluating and refining processes, architecting technical solutions, consulting, etc, there will be a need to write code from time to time

- Value continuous improvement for yourself and your teammates
