Bilingual English & French - Logistics Coordinator (Onsite)

As the Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for the administration of systems, controls, policies and procedures to effectively process orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Based out of our Distribution Center located on Dixie Road and Courtney Park Drive, you will work with a supportive and driven team.
The hours of work are from9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good working relationships with internal and external customers/partners and ensure a shared commitment to the company's purpose, plans, processes and vision.
- Ensure rates applicable and commitments pertaining to cost are controlled.
- Ensure that orders are processed in a timely fashion so that Canon can reduce rush delivery costs.
- Demonstrate control of orders and cut offs to ensure cost effectiveness and high service levels for the various business units.
- Maintain updated policies and procedures which must focus on minimizing costs while maximizing deliverables to the customer. (internal and external)
- Conduct daily work in SOX compliant manner and compile KPI statistics to monitor and report on performance.
- Coordinate order activities with Canon warehouses collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent service is provided to all business groups.
- Monitor and process orders in a timely fashion, resolve any issues and expedite/arrange solutions, if necessary.
To Succeed, You Will Need:
- French and English proficiency. (mandatory)
- High School Diploma.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Customer Service, Warehouse Administration, Dispatch, Logistics, etc.
- Superior attention to detail and focused on accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills able to deal with differences of opinion in an effective manner while maintaining positive working relations.
- Polished and professional telephone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment.
