The responsibilities of an RDA include providing chair-side support and assisting Dentists; as well as
all other duties that pertain to a RDA, Level 2, Dental Assistant.

Clinical Team Lead
- Management of Day to Day Operations of the Clinical Team
- Responsible for maintaining good relationships with clients and staff.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking skills and being able to work with little supervision and selfmotivation.
- Maintain registered dental assisting certificate to practice in good standing.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervision clinical staff. Upkeep of the clinical/office environment. Month-end procedures, production, adhering to budgetary constraints per month with supplies and maintenance. Scheduling of clinical team
Specific Goals and Targets:
- Meeting Average Revenue Targets.
- Establishing and encouraging team involvement in corporate initiatives regarding camaraderie, professionalism, patient satisfaction and skill set improvements.
- Encouraging and ensuring the team attends all training sessions scheduled.
- Ensuring that tuition reimbursement program nominees are providing flexible hours according to their original agreements with the company. Bringing any deficiencies to the attention of the executive team.
- Leading the clinical team in ensuring the supplies budget is in line with company goals of 5% of revenue per month.
- Having sustainability as a goal to reduce waste and in price the environment.
