Description

We are currently looking for a skilled hardwood flooring installation specialist to serve as our service technician.

In this position you will be tasked with inspecting and repairing any hardwood and laminate floors installed by Gemini Designs.

A majority of the work is on new development homes. You will work closely with site supervisors and the home builders service team. You will also be in direct contact with homeowners.

Tasks can range from Minor touch ups, board replacements, and small "Re & Re's" as well as inspecting flooring for deficiencies

Minimum Requirements:

2+ Years hardwood/laminate flooring installation experience.
Basic understanding of the properties and installation of wood/laminate flooring ( Moisture Content, Relative Humidity, Nail spacing, etc. )
Confident knowledge and use of circular, table and mitre saws. As well as other electric and pneumatic power tools.
The use of a moisture meter and psychrometer
Good time management skills.
Speaks English.
G class license
