Project Coordinator (Full-time, Permanent)


Salary:
$3,000 - $3,500 per month


Working Time: 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch time included)

We have a total of 6 professional and excellent licensed consultants and an immigration consultant team of nearly 30 people.

Responsibilities:


Mandarin speaking is necessary for this position.

• Responsible for helping the company set up and improve the Immigration program
• Coordinate and manage multiple immigration projects from start to finish, ensuring all project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Track project progress and provide regular status reports to management and clients, including identifying and addressing potential issues or delays.
• Manage project documentation, including creating and maintaining project files, records, and reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and thirdparty vendors to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and any issues or concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Have good project coordination and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle projects independently
• Have good communication skills and be friendly
• 2 years working experience in the immigration industry is preferred

Salary:
$3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
